Do you shoot weddings?
I do not shoot weddings as of right now but hoping do so in the future! I have always wanted to get into the wedding photography scene!
What kind of gear do you use?
I currently use a Canon EOS Rebel T6i for my camera & I use Lightroom & photoshop as my photo editing software.
How long will it take to get my photos?
I typically like to give a sneak peek of the photos 48 hours after the session.
The turnaround time on the photos should be included in the information we discuss regarding your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
In the event you need to reschedule your session I ask that you notify me at least 48-72 hours before your session for no charge. The rescheduling and cancelation policy will always be in the contract!
Are your deposits refundable?
No. The retainer fee you pay upfront is non-refundable due to it holding the appointment for your session. In the event that a session cancels 20 minutes before it starts this retainer fee covers the session, my time, and the case that it is not able to be filled in time. If you need to reschedule, the deposit is still non-refundable, we can reschedule so that it still holds your session spot for the session or use it as a credit towards a shoot. In the event an emergency occurs and you're not able to make it, all i ask is that you contact me and we can work something out! I try to be flexible.
Do you travel for sessions?
I typically do not travel unless it is within a reasonable distance. Get in touch with me so we can work something out if you are nearby and want to work together!
cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancelation:
Please give at least a 48-72 hour notice before session so you session spot can be refilled. Due to the retainer fee being non-refundable I will only refund 50% if you do not reschedule. In the case of an emergency or under certain circumstances, I will always try my best to accommodate.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the session, the retainer fee is still non-refundable and will be used as the cancellation fee.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, I ask that you notify me 48-72 hours before so the session time can be refilled, the non-refundable retainer fee can be used to hold a different day and time. In the case that you need to reschedule day of there is no charge and the retainer fee can still be used for a different session time.
